Chromis Identity Change

As some of you may have noticed, that the Chromis Logo at the top has changed. After conversations with a number of individuals, it was decided that a cleaner looking logo was required. This logo will now be used in the next release of Chromis POS.

We are currently working a new version of Chromis POS, the development is being done against OpenJFX version 11. The change to use OpenJFX as a development platform, has come about due the changes in the java licence model from Oracle.

Some new features include a loyalty system and gift cards, also the embedded Derby database engine will be deprecated.

We expect to have a pre release ready for testing very shortly.
